Objectives

1. Promote Inclusivity and Diversity: Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates and respects diversity, ensuring that disable group’s feel valued and included.
2. Support and Assistance: To provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, including guidance on available resources, accommodations, and services.
3. Advocacy and Awareness: To advocate for the rights and needs of people with disabilities within the organization or community, and to raise awareness about disability issues.
4. Address Discrimination and Harassment: Implement policies and procedures to address and prevent discrimination, harassment, and bias against disability groups.
5. Policy Development: To contribute to the development and implementation of policies that promote inclusivity and accessibility for people with disabilities.
6. Education and Training: To educate the community or organization about disability rights,accessibility requirements, and best practices for inclusion.
7. Promotion of Accessibility: o promote accessible environments, services, and products that cater to the needs of people with disabilities.
8. Networking and Collaboration: To collaborate with other disability organizations, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to strengthen advocacy efforts and share resources.
9. Empowerment: To empower individuals with disabilities to participate fully in all aspects of society, including education, employment, and social activities.
