Objectives

1. Promote Inclusivity and Diversity: Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates and respects diversity, ensuring that minority groups feel valued and included.
2. Support and Empowerment: Provide support and resources to minority group members to help them achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. Making students aware of the facilities, concessions and scholarships available for their category.
3. Advocacy and Representation: Advocate for the rights and interests of minority groups, ensuring their voices are heard and represented in decision-making processes.
4. Address Discrimination and Harassment: Implement policies and procedures to address and prevent discrimination, harassment, and bias against minority groups.
