I-Card Service
At our institute, the library provides each and every student and staff with an identification card (I Card). This I Card serves as a crucial piece of identification, verifying that the holder is a student/ staff of our esteemed institution. The faculty/ students are instructed to wear their I-Cards daily. The I Card is essential for various activities and facilities within the campus, including:
- Identification: It is the official proof of a student’s enrollment at our institute, ensuring that students can be easily recognized and granted access to various services.
- Library Access: The I Card allows students to borrow books and access other library resources. It simplifies the process of checking out and returning materials.
- Admission Office: The I Card is used at the admission office for various administrative purposes, including the verification of student status and processing of official documents.
- Event Participation: Many on-campus events and activities require students to present their I Card for entry, ensuring that only enrolled students participate.
- Examinations: The I Card is required for identification during final examinations, half-yearly tests, and unit tests, ensuring the proper verification of students during these assessments.
- External Activities: When students participate in off-campus activities, such as outstation competitions (youth festivals, skill in teaching events, university-level contests, and outstanding competitions), exhibitions, and linkage programs with different schools, their I Card is used for identification and verification purposes at these external venues.
- I-Card Facility for Faculty: Faculty members at our institution are issued ID cards which they use for accessing library services, campus facilities, and other administrative needs. These ID cards are essential tools that faculty members prominently display for easy access and utilization across campus.
The I Card is an integral part of campus life, providing students with the means to efficiently manage their academic and extracurricular activities. Faculty and Students are advised to carry their I Card at all times to ensure they can access the full range of services offered by the institute.
